Andrea Aglietti

Andrea Aglietti joined Studio Legale Rubini in July 2015.
He focuses on corporate litigation, also with reference to criminal proceedings involving relevant civil and/or corporate law issues.

Aglietti graduated in 2007 in Classics from La Sapienza University (110/110 cum laude) and in 2015 in Law from Roma Tre University, discussing a thesis in Economic Analysis of Law entitled “Risk Allocation in Investor-State Arbitration: a Contract Theory Approach” (110/110 cum laude).
He enrolled in the “Studying Law at Roma Tre” programme, where he attended courses in “International Business Contracts”, “Economic Analysis of Law” and “International Arbitration”.
During the academic year 2014/2015, he participated as a member of the Roma Tre University team to the “XXII Annual Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot”, both drafting memoranda and as an oralist.

Aglietti is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English.
