Alessandra Grissini

Practice
Alessandra Grissini joined  Studio Legale Rubini in 1997. Grissini focuses her practice on litigation. She provides legal assistance in matters of civil and commercial law and particularly in contract, corporate and bankruptcy law, antitrust law, media regulations, regulation of public services and state owned companies, intellectual property, tort and administrative liability.

Education
Grissini graduated in 1994 from the University of Milan, successfully defending a thesis on “Comunione convenzionale e modifiche al regime di comunione legale dei beni” (“Community Property and Changes to the Legal Marital Property Arrangement”) under the mentorship of Professor Giovanni Cattaneo. She graduated with a final grade of 110/110.
Between 1995 and 2001, she worked as a research fellow in the Civil Law Institute at the University of Milan.
In 2005, Alessandra Grissini completed a professional course on fraudulent conveyances in bankruptcy law.
Grissini also attended a professional seminar dedicated to the reformed bankruptcy law sponsored by Scuola di Formazione IPSOA in 2006.
In 2008, Grissini attended a professional course on reorganization offered by the Camera Civile of Milan and a professional seminar on the use of derivatives held by the Euroconference.

Research Activity and Memberships
In addition to her case notes on matters of contract and family law, in 2001-2002 Grissini partnered in the preparation of “Il Diritto di famiglia ipertestuale” (“Hypertext Family Law”) edited by Giovanni Bonilini, handling the chapter related to “La comunione legale tra i coniugi ” (“Marital Community Property”).
