Doriana Pastori

Doriana Pastori joined Studio Legale Rubini in May 2005. Pastori primarily focuses on litigation and provides legal assistance in civil, commercial and bankruptcy law as well as in matters of administrative and tort liability.

Pastori graduated summa cum laude in December 1997 from the University of Milan, successfully defending a thesis on “Le associazioni di volontariato” (“Non-profit Organizations”). Between 1998 and 2003, Pastori was a research fellow at the Institute of Civil and Family Law of the University of Milan.
Research Activity and Memberships.
In addition to her work preparing case notes, Pastori co-edited and co-authored a volume on “Le conseguenze patrimoniali del divorzio – I. L’assegno di divorzio e gli altri diritti patrimoniali consequenziali” (“The Economic Effects of Divorce – Alimony and Other Economic Consequences”), (La Tribuna publisher). She also contributed her expertise in international adoption to the book entitled “il Diritto di famiglia ipertestuale” (“Hypertext Family Law”) edited by Giovanni Bonilini.
